About UCAT ANZ | Prep Zone Academy
The UCAT ANZ, University Clinical Aptitude Test for Australia and New Zealand is developed for medical, dental and clinical science degree programmes admission in Australia and New Zealand. It is an aptitude test to compliment your academic results.

A few things to note:

  • Only applicable to Australian citizens, permanent residents or New Zealand citizens
  • International applicants applying to ANZ universities are not required to take the UCAT ANZ, instead, ISAT may be required
  • The UCAT ANZ test has replaced the UMAT from 2019
  • Test MUST be taken the same year that you apply to the university

UCATSEN ANZ – 25% Extra time (for candidates with special educational needs, disabilities or temporary injuries)

UCAT ANZ Scoring

Your UCAT ANZ is scored between 1200 to 3600 (total score of 4 subtests) with the Situational Judgement subtest score given separately.

Decision Making –  300 to 900
Quantitative Reasoning –  300 to 900
Abstract Reasoning –  300 to 900
Situational Judgement –  300 to 900
